Sessions are available by appointment only, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Session Details:

● Duration: 45 - 60 minutes

● Mode: I am currently only offering online sessions. 

All information shared during counselling sessions is treated as confidential and is kept between us, including session notes. However, confidentiality has legal and ethical limits, as described below.

 

Confidentiality may be breached in the following circumstances:

● Risk of serious harm: If you are at risk of seriously harming yourself or another person.

● Abuse or neglect: If there is concern about the safety of a child or any vulnerable population, including minors, the elderly, or the disabled.

Where possible, you will be informed before any disclosure is made.

As part of engaging in ethical practice, I engage in regular professional supervision where client cases may be discussed without revealing identifying information. The purpose is to ensure the highest quality of care for clients, while maintaining strict confidentiality and privacy.
